Toshiba 32ZP18 Flicker problems

Hi all

I know this problem has been covered before, but I just need some backup.

After speaking to the engineer who in turn spoke to Toshiba about the infamous flicker problem, Toshiba seem to deny that the problem exists and say that there is a known problem with one of the scart pins (pin 20 I think) which may be causing the flicker.

The problem seems to exist when there are areas of high contrast on the screen and on indoor shots.

The fact that Toshiba is denying that the problem exist is worrying as sometimes the picture quality is unacceptable. If anyone can back me up on this problem it would be appreciated.

Cheers
