New panasonic pixel+ similar TV?

Is this Pansonics version of Pixel+ ?
Has anyone seen this new technology?

According to Homecinemachoice:
"...Panasonic has impressively taken on the challenge for the best picture perfomance in a CRT and is also setting new standards with the two T [tau] televisions TX-36PD30D and TX-32PD30D, which respectively feature 92 (86) cm and 82 (76) cm picture diagonals.
