sanyo 28" CRT

hey there i have a 28 inch sanyo tv in the bedroom,
it was working fine last night and upon turning it on just the picture has gone but the sound remains any idea why this has happned?
please all help welcome as i cnt afford a new tv right now

Firstly check all the connections, especially if using an external device like a Freeview or Sky box.
Failing that, report back with the model number (taken from the label on the back of the set). This will enable our more knowledgeable forum members to make a fault diagnosis.
