Looking for help with my JVC 32R4SK CRT

I just got a Logitech Harmony remote. When I set it up for the TV, I noticed on the remote that a "service menu" function for the TV had been activated. As I've never been happy with the picture on this TV I thought I'd have a poke around. Then I dropped the remote. After it stopped bouncing on the floor I noticed the pic on the TV was screwed up. What I need to know is if there is any way of retrieving the factory defaults? It's a JVC 32R4SK. I've tried changing a few settings (educated guesses) but I did see a load of hex values come up on the screen as the remote was careering across the floor. I found these under a setting called Top Memory. Everything else in the service menu makes sense but I think something changed in these. Right now the pic looks "contourised" and nothing else I change makes a difference.

My wife is ready to kill me
