Smile Toshiba looks slightly off frequency when viewing with composite only!

Well has you guessed I have a Toshiba it’s a CRT 25” screen nice looking when in RGB mode.

Main problem thou it should be considered as mystery, because I’m fairy knowledgeable about electronics. Only problem is takes to [bleeping] long.

It’s the composite now since the laserdisc player can’t output in RGB mode when I need to use it and thou the image is stable and colourful with bright whites and nice contrast range. Its producing what appears to be a slightly off frequency with slight bit of noise on the screen kinder like grain only a bit more noticeable

Any ides anyone because it looks like it could be dry joint on the PCB or other and it must be easy to fix.Model number is 2173DB

Thanks.
