Angry Toshiba 28z07b Help

I have a toshiba 28z07b yesterday i turned it on and the screen flashed then went blank but it had sound so i unpluged it and tried it today the picture came back but had a red look to it then after about 2 minutes the picture went off again so is it worth getting repaired ?? or should i bin it and get a new Tv

I think that the problem you have is the set has a crt problem (tube). You are experiencing arcing in the tube and the set is detecting this and shutting down.There is no solution to this problem.
