Panasonic ph40 or pl4???? HELP!

I have a 32ph40, but am thinking of exchanging it for a 32pl4.

Which one of these tv's has better picture quality. I can only pick a panny tv, and the pl4 seems to be the best one, under £1000.
Please help me decide. I will mainly be watching sky digital through a rgb scart.

Thank you.

TV choice

Hello,

If I were u I'd go 4 the PL4. It's a 50 hz TV. However, it does not have any of the PH40's heavy handed digital processing problems. Moreover, I think a 50hz tube is much better for watching diital broadcasts anyway...if you don't mind the slight flicker you're gonna get that. If it's a trade-off between a slight flicker and a picture that looks jagged, unnatural and blurred then 50 hz wins hands down.

Good luck with your choice
