Red face Kv32 Dx100 ...

Help...

I originally had a kv 28FQ75 with the lovely scrolling bars feature which was very kindly swapped for a KV32 DX100 now that has developed the dreaded bars...i have contacted sony and am now waiting for a reply...anyone else had this problem and was it resolved by our friends at sony?

Hi there i have a philips 9527 which is going back as i have bad black bars on it see thread above.
I was going to get one of these sony tvs but i seen your post about the black bars is it like the phlips black bars????
Any help would be great thanks.

when you said black bar, are they scrolling like the avatar under my name ? The on the SONY sets are not solid black bars. They are normally visible on static pictures or dark scene.

No they are vertical black bars that don't move there' 2 of them one on the left side one on the right side.
You can see it on most dark sences and even on normal pictur.Was very unhappy about it and now it's going back.
