Question Orion TV32F25 Owner's Manual?

I was trying to help a friend with the above set but he's lost the manual. Specifically, his picture is zoomed in too much in all settings (Sky box is set to 16:9 but re-setting it to 4:3 doesn't help). While we can move the picture vertically and horizontally, we can't persuade it to zoom out - only in even futher.

I've been searching the internet for owner's manuals on this model but can't find any. Even if we get this sorted, he's going to need a manual at some point. Do any other makes come close to Orion? (For instance, I notice that the remote is the same as our old Matsuis.)

Cheers,

Chris

A lot of Orion products were sold by Currys/Dixons outlets along with similar makes Matsui/Saisho .Their service company is Mastercare and they might be able to help you.

Re: Orion TV32F25 Owner's Manual?

Thanks, Mechanic - I'll give them a go.

I did a quick search for 'Mastercare' and found: '....court action against Mastercare', '... Mastercare Warnings & Rip-Offs', 'Fighting back after my Mastercare nightmare...' and even '... Death by Mastercare!'.

Not holding out too much hope, then!

Cheers,

Chris

The service side of Currys/PC World is now called "Tech Guys".
The name Mastercare is now defunct as is Dixons...although there may still be the odd Dixons residing in Airport shops.
