Don't know much about the fq80 other than its nearly twice the price of the fx66 i'm sure you must get more gadgety gizmo's to help cock up the picture..........anyway i can only speak for the 32fx66 which i've had for about 5 weeks now and it is great......i'm really pleased with it can't fault it picture wise, the sound is adequate whilst not stunning but I guess you may have a 5.1 set-up to hook up.
