Good 24"-28" (16:9)?

Hi!

I need a new TV for my other room. It's not a big room but it's not small either, that's why I want to buy a 24 or a 28 inch TV (16:9). Can you help me out with a good model? Wether the TV has Prog scan or 100Hz is not importnant, but it could be nice. So basically I just want a good television with good sound and image quality.

Thanks in advance
