Cool Loewe Aconda Problem/ List of Authorised Loewe Repairers.

Occasionally when switching on I hear a bit of crackling on the sound but after a short while it’s stopped anyway it not seemed to do it for about a week or more. Last night I just left the room and when I came back the TV was dead I switched on and off, the same.
I replaced the fuse and both the red and green LED light up but nothing from the screen or sound its just dead although one of the LED tried to go out but instantly comes back on.
Any one got an idea what the problem is?

Also as there not a popular make and I want it repaired on site rather then going to a repair shop is there a list of approved Loewe repairers somewhere?

Linnisght could probably advise you of a local repairer.
Linnsight (Loewe's UK agent) used to be on 08000 27 64 65

Re: Loewe Aconda Problem/ List of Authorised Loewe Repairers.

The set is starting up finding a fault and dropping back to standby which is caused by the protection circuit to save further damage...it's not a D-I-Y fix.
The Loewe support page is here.
If you contact them they can maybe suggest a service centre in your area.

Cool Re: Loewe Aconda Problem/ List of Authorised Loewe Repairers.

Thank I e-mailed them but as you put a number up I used it and they recommended me a repairer although from the area dialing code it looks as though thay are about 20 miles away

That's not too bad.
I could fix it for you if you were in Lanarkshire
