Can someone with a TX28-PL1 do me a favour please?

I could do with some dimensions for the supplied cabinet.

The basic H/W/D is on the Panasonic website, but I could do with some measurements on the glass shelf area - I'd be grateful if someone could tell me the front width, rear width and depth of the shelves.

Also, are the shelves fixed height or adjustable?

TIA
Paul

The shelf is a fixed height, so not adjustable.

I don't own one but i have one where i work so i will try to remember to measure it tomorrow.

Thanks - I don't want to seem like I'm just being lazy, but I forgot to measure it at JL today, and the minute you walk into Currys/Comet with a tape measure they pounce on you "sorry, brought one elsewhere, just need to measure it"

regards
Paul

Paul, these are the measurements that you asked for.

Depth: 17inch
Width(front): 26inch
Width(back): 18.5inch
Shelf to bottom of TV distance: 12inch
Total Height(Stand + TV): 38

just in case you change your mind and thought about another TV, i would suggest the JVC 28T55, measurements of which are below.

Width: 24inch
Depth: 17inch
Bottom shelf to Top Shelf: 7inch
Top Shelf to TV: 8.5inch
Total Height: 38inch

This TV also has 3 SCART's apposed to the 2 on the Panasonic.

Hope this is usefull info.
