Panny 28PL1 service menu???

how do i get service menus(other than menu 1, which i can access) for this tv?

my RGB 4:3 pic is too narrow and i need to widen it. the first menu doesn't seem to have this option, in fact the first service menu automaticaly puts the tv in to 16:9 mode which is no good.

any help, please?
