Do you have ANYTHING else connected in the aerial path between the actual aerial and the Freeview receiver? Are your aerial connections made off well, no hidden shorts in the plug etc, braid to centre core? |
Absolutely not, I've gone to great lengths to get a decent aerial setup, I have an Antiference aerial with Balun, double copper screened PF100 coax unbroken to a shielded outlet in the wall.

I thought as much, I just wondered if there were any homebrew solutions available. I have a Digifusion Freeview PVR, which has a whole host of hacked firmware available.
As for the Autosetup, after it has done the analogue tuning it then goes to the DVB, but the progress marker is well along from channel 21 when it comes on?? Although my missing MUXes are 2 & B, which are on channels 63 & 67 on my TX (Nottingham). The signal strength is fine on the PVR, so I can't understand why it doesn't get them.
