Tosh 36zp38 Problem - Magenta/cyan over moving images

My Tosh has seemd to have picked up a bit of an annoying problem, it seems as though certain items of teh screen are highlighted in pink or blue. This happens on nearly ever channel, and it is a problem with the crt as i Have tested all the inputs individually.
The picture below is a classic example, does anyone know what it could be?

Cheers

Looks like interferance of somesort poss Tuner/ I.F stage fault?
Not sure?
Have you replaced the DFS board (DigitalModule) Very common problem with these Tosh models (pic faults).
Try replacing the MDFS 03 (CAN MODULE)also check dry joints on TUNER and I.F module.
Let me Know!

If it's a tuner fault, using an input from a DVD player connected by SCART should see the problem disappear
(as a simple test).

This seems to be a digital processing fault as this happens via scart (sky) as well. But the TV has got worse, it now switches it self off!

In that case it could be the DFS module discussed here
