Ok ive finally decided......

I am going to order the Toshiba 36ZT29 television online, I cant be bothered wasting my time with JL as i am flying out on my honeymoon on friday. And would like the set to be here when we get back.

So really i was just after some advice on who is doingthe set cheapest. Although Ideally i would like them to deliver and setup.

As the mother-in-law is house n dog sitting while where away.

So far the best price i can find is £1599 form Robert Whyte.

I look forward to your replys

Mark

cheers

Thanx

I have sent them a mail asking about availability.

I have never had any dealings with QED before. Has anyone got an opinion on them.

The last thing i want is the wife on my back because the service is usless.

Also are there any online recommended online retailers that will pricematch.

Bought a VCR from QED last year... no probs at all.

AFAIK they are the on-line division of Miller Brothers (a fairly large electrical chain).

Television should arrive tomorrow. Will post to let you know if it includes installation.
After all the delivery hassles people have had from different sources, I have become a bir sceptical that this seems all tooo easy. Hopefully I shall be proven wrong.
Anybody else have any experience of QED good or bad?

Hi Tazpc

keep us posted, i am now waiting to hear back from RGB Direct to see if they pricematch with qed-uk as they are also selling the toshiba 520 dvd player.

and i would prefere to get both tv and dvd from same company, with them the tv also get delivered straight from toshiba and they set it up.

Stand arrived 2 days later. Not a big issue.
TV is fantastic but does take time to setup correctly.
Lots of tweaks to get geometry right .( minor issues only)I'm a
bit of a perfectionist. Just ordered the Video essentials disk to help me finish off the settings.

Tazpc

Good luck with the TV.
