Smile 32" Crt

Hi guys, I'm a noob, but here's what I'm looking for:
  • A 32" Widescreen CRT.
    480p.
    At least One Component input.
    At least 2 Scart inputs.
    A composite input.
    Must be quite cheap.
A good brand for CRTs, like Panasonic, Phillips, or Toshiba.

Thanks dudes and dudettes, and again, cheapness matters. I'll also use the THX optimiser when I get it.

Re: 32" Crt

For the Nintendo Wii?

Toshiba 32ZP48, 32ZP46, 32ZP38.

Get a component splitter so you can use it for DVD too.

Re: 32" Crt

The JVC HV32P37 or similar models are undoubtedly the best, cheapest solution to your requirements easily available in the UK. But check out the old threads here (reviews?) for info about some of its peculiarities.

where can you buy a JVC HV32P37 from in the UK or do you mean second-hand?
Googled and found nothing. Same with the Toshiba 32ZP38 too.

Re: 32" Crt

Keep looking on eBay. You'll find one eventually.

Re: 32" Crt

Cheers dudes, thanks alot. I'll be using it for sky multi-room, gaming and I may hook up my PC via S-Video. Does that change my options?

Try Empire Direct, that's where I bought my one from just over a year ago.

If that doesn't prove successful try a search at Dealtime - if it, a similar model or the Toshiba is currently available in the UK it's likely to listed there. Also it has some of the most useful technical spec/comparison info I've come across.
