Looking for a cheap CRT, upto 24 inch, 480p

Hi guys I'm going to uni and considering getting a TV for my room, nothing too big max size around 22-24" but with 480p support with component. Will be using freeview and a Nintendo Wii, any ideas?

I don't know if it's possible to get one that is less than 28"
