Question Toshiba 36zp18 PAL OR NTSC PROGRESSIVE?

I still can't discover that although my tosh 36zp18 has component inputs that I use for my xbox and dvd, does it has progressive scan ability in either PAL or NTSC mode or BOTH??? and therefore is it worth getting my xbox chipped for ntsc so I can get full use of the high defintion pack OR was I too impatient getting my Tosh and should I have waited for the new 36ZT29B?

For the record the ZP18Q does not support progressive at all, PAL or NTSC. Sorry, since I was fudged off as well but then I didn't know half as much as I do know about AV.
