Toshiba 2181 21" - is Scart RGB compatible?

I have the opportunity to buy the above second-hand TV as a (very) cheap temporary measure until I can scrape the funds together for a decent 28" WS. However, I've searched this forum and the web via Google and I can't find anything other than one or two passing mentions of it, plus Toshiba's site appears not to provide any information about discontinued models (unless it's well hidden).

So does anyone know anything at all about this set? As the title suggests, I particularly need to know whether the Scart socket is RGB compatible, but general info or comments in addition to that would be welcome. It's apparently two years old if that's any use, so I assume it must be a relatively recent model.

Any help greatly appreciated, preferably soon as I told the seller I'd get back to her with my decision tomorrow
