Toshiba 36zp18q

hi , i have a Toshiba 36ZP18Q tv and i had it turned off for 2 weeks while i was away. I have come back home and turned it on and it does not turn on straight away, it turns on and takes 45 seconds for the screen to show anything (only shows the ext no) and then it goes on to standby and i must do this for atleast 5 minutes or longer before teh tv is working properly. does anybody know what this is and also wher i can find a service manual for the tv model number 36ZP18Q?

many thanks
