Sony KV32XBR450 Blinking Standby & Black Screen

I have a KV32XBR450 (purchased in Jan 2002)

I replaced the "B Board" 5 months ago in response to what I believe was a power surge from a lightning strike.

Yesterday, the picture went out. When I try to power it up, I get a red blinking standby light but no picture.

The odd thing is that the standby light will blink a different number of times each time I try to power on (e.g. 11 times, then 5 times, then 6 times, etc.)

Any thoughts?
