Need some urgent help with TV connections

Hi,

Hope someone can offer some help regarding this.

Here is my TV

I am currently using the Component connection for my XBOX 360 and the HDMI for my PC.

Basically I want to connect my TV up to an AV receiver (Which I have yet to buy) but I am unsure as to what connection is best to use for this purpose baring in mind what I have already used above.

Any help would be really appreciated regarding this.
