Toshiba RPTV advice please.

I have just received my Toshiba 42PW23P and am looking for some suggestions on setup for brightness/colour/tint etc.
So could some experienced owners give me some advice on how to get the best picture quality. My current settings are all at 50 except tint and sharpness which are at 0.

I've got a Tosh 40" RPTV and these are the settings I use - they are a variation on settings I saw in another thread on this board so you may want to do a search for it:

Contrast: 50
Brightness: 49
Colour: 51
Tint: -12
Sharpness: -30

I find these settings give the best picture, especially with DVD, to my eyes at least although my wife thinks it's too dark.
