60hz problems with Philips 32pw9509

I have a Philips 32pw9509 which i am very happy with. However recently i bought a 360 and when i tried to run it set at 60hz i got no picture on the TV. The telly has all the technical bits, pixel plus 2, 100hz, etc and changing these setting makes no difference. I also have a 6 year old 24" philips widescreen and when i use the 360 on this at 60hz all is fine. I cant understand why there is an issue as the set is 100Hz and a modern unit. If anyone can help i would appreciate it.

Thanks
