Unhappy Tosh 36zp (Again) :(

Oh dear, another problem with the Tosh.
Today I have lost all sound from the Tosh, Toshiba guy (customer helpline) could`nt help.
I contacted QED to add this to my file with a list of problems, (some fixed, others not) file is now being passed onto a manager.
I have finally had enough, this is the final straw which broke the donkeys back
I now have an expensive telly in the lounge which has had endless problems. What chance do I have of getting it replaced with a different model. (Trouble is which one do I go for)
