Thumbs up FQ Scrolling bar problem fixed?

I've been one of many people that has suffered from the scrolling bars problem on my KV28fq75. I've had loads of problems in addition to the scrolling-bar problem, but to cut the long story short, I got a replacement set and IT HAS NO SCROLLING BARS!.

The differences I noticed on the set are as follows:-

BEAB EMC Approval sticker (on back of TV)
May 24th 2001 V190Y9 Bios (previous was Jul 13 2000 V190V)

The set is nearly perfect!. I'm shocked, but now I can actually enjoy using it!.

I may just be lucky, but if they have fixed the problems, then I would certainly recommend this TV!.
