Ghosting on white screens

I often get ghosting on white screens and faint lines, this comes as well as the buzzing sound from the speakers which is awaiting repair?

Is this another problem that i need fixing?

A wee bit more info is required such as the make and model no of the TV...we're not mind readers.

Is it via the analogue tuner or via a digital source such as Freeview or Sky?
Of which I expect routed via the scart sockets?

No both analouge and through sky which is into RGB Scart.
