Smile 42wh18b - newbie - help needed!

just got the 42wh18b! - real impressed

however as a newbie can someone plz tell me:

1. convergance - red and blue....1 - 9.....little crosshairs.....what am i susposed to do with what?

2. also have tosh 210eb dvd, how do i link component video up(what goes where?), and what cables are required to do this?

3. where can i get rear surround speaker stands to match tv?

4. cant afford proper speaker/av system now!, so have to make do with tosh rears, what should i use for front ( have old canon 8ohm floor speakers...will these do?) any ideas?

heres hoping.
