Need help with Wharfedale 2126 21in TV

Hi, i was wondering if anyone could help me here, my kids tv set in there bedroom has gone a bit weird, when i turn it on i get a grey screen with the word "tipka" in the upper left corner of the screen and i cant do nothing, no matter what i press it just stays on that

Could anyone help me here?

Since many of these low end TVs are manufactured by Beko or Vestel in Turkey, I would guess that Tipka might be a Turkish word.
Possibly it's a technical word.
You might get a clue if you can aska Turkish speaker (maybe local donner kebab shop).

There are 2 problems here...

Tipka means "Locked" in other words someone probably accidently has activated the Childlock, to unlock press "PP" 3 times on the remote control.

Also they have probably been in the "Menu Language" settings and altered it from English to whatever.
