VERY WEIRD problem with tv

I got a Panasonic 36 inch widescreen tv and noticed that the boarders on the top of the screen only when watching something in widescreen seems to be slanted.

So i messured it while watching a movie and the boarders on the left of the screen at the top messured 2.5cm on the right it messured 3.25 cm.

What has happened?
Is there a way to fix it?

What's the model no?
Is it new/still under guarantee?
Is it also slanted at the bottom of the pic?
Check the user manual......does it have a "Tilt" adjustment?

THAANK U for the reply.

My tv is a Toshiba 36ZP18Q.

There is no option for tilt.

The problem is only with the boarders at the top of the screen.

Any ideas?

(not under warrenty)
