28inch widescreen recomendations?

After a 28inch widescreen, as 32inch is way to big for me and a plasma is not an option..... anyone suggest something that should be at the top of my list to look at?

Also do I need 100hz or will 50hz be fine for a 28inch, and also someone said I should make sure it has a specific RGB Scart?

I have had a Panasonic flat widescreen 100mhz set for 5 years and the PQ was very good. Many more modern ones available now but I still wander through Comet and see the 'ol 28" and it still seems to me to cope with the fuzzy feeds they have there better then all the other makes around it. Prices are not the cheapest and if you can afford it then I must advise, for this size of screen - go plazma.
