Help please !!Is the Sony KP-41SU any good,,,

I know its 3 or 4 years old, but are they any good??
I can pick one up for £265 ( 41") Whats the picture like? do you need a really dark room?
I just have a standerd 28" JVC widesreen crt at the moment , what would the diference be, would the sony have a better quality picture?

at that price its worth it in my opinion
as far as i know its got a decent picture for a crt rear pro

bear in mind this tv is not capable of HDTV
