Sony KD32DX50 I need big help please!!!!

Hello,
Call me stupid I know BUT after getting a service menu sheet for a Sony KD32DX50 I decided to try and improve. Problem is the service menu sheet was not for my TV and now I have somehow turned off my auto format and smart.

Its not even in the TV's detailed set up. All I get now is 16:9 and concaved 4:3.

I have gone through all the T codes but cant fix it. I didnt go into the secondary service menu.

On my screen I have the following

U
RYB_ _ _ A _ _ 0584
_ CA _ _ _ RG NORM
D_ _3 V M A _ _

Any help or the proper service menu would be great.
