Question Panasonic 32PG50 problem

I've had this set for a little while now, and am a little disappointed with the quality of the picture. I am very close (probably 1 mile as the crow flies) to the transmitter, yet all terrestrial pictures are poor - even through the video. I suppose my biggest disappointment is the picture from my Sky digibox (Pace).
Although it is generally very good, I can often see what I suppose is pixellation surrounding moving figures on the screen. I have tried using Progressive, but it doesn't seem to have any effect. I guess I may just not know what I'm doing, but it is very irritating.

Does anyone have any tips please?
