Philips 32PW6006 RGB via Scart

Newby seeks help.
I know there have been several threads relating to problems surrounding the EXT1 RGB scart on this set but they were a while ago and I was hoping there may be a solution out there now which doesn't involve a large house brick.

Freeview RGB output from my STB is fantastic when going into the TV's EXT1 RGB scart so it definitely works but DVDs fed into this are a different story and from a variety of players. Even if the only component I have connected is the DVD player the DVD's play-back is always tinged a bluey - green.

I've tried different scarts. Definitely not external interference either.

Any thoughts please?

Thanks
