Sorry 32zp18p staining and buzzing

Sorry to post about the 32ZP18P again but...

Phone John Lewis today about the following problems:
Blue staining on the LHS screen and orange/red on RHS of the screen.
The set is v.quiet except when it's displaying in Cinema or Subtitle mode. Anyone else get this?
On a black background there is a grey centre band and either side is a sightly different grey.
They reckon they're sending a monke err engineer out but I know what he's going to say, something like 'it's wifin specs mate'.
I'll probably phone Toshiba for an opinion. What number do most people use?

Dave Toshiba have a help desk 0800 281126 on this number they Have loads of Monkeys to help you with the settings on your set.
Good luck I've been waiting Six weeks for my 36ZP18 Only 2 more weeks they say.MMMM i'll wait and see.
