Question Toshiba 29V24 - Nicam 4:3 TV

I'd like to know if both of the SCART connectors on this TV offer RGB since it only says "RGB via SCART" unless that means both?

http://www.home-entertainment.toshib...4?opendocument

If anyone has this TV or has the knowledge of it, can you tell me how good the picture quality is in PAL and NTSC via RGB and how good the overscan is?

I don't want a badly cropped NTSC picture coz of bad overscan.

Thanks.

Someone must know

In general, how good is the quality of 4:3 CRT TV's from Toshiba?

Do they have a good track record of making them?

Do they have a colourful and vibrant picture?

I need to know ASAP because the deflection yoke on my ageing 4:3 AIWA TV has gone bad and I just want to replace the TV.
