Paul,
Followed your URL, all it brought up was the 420P10 monitor plasma at £5299+VAT.

If you could have bought this new for £3000+ VAT with a three year warranty then you would have bagged a real bargain.

I don't think you would get the tuner, after looking on the Philips website and downloading the manual for one, it shows that the Panels only have vga in and out, you need the tuner to input a video source.

I have the 'TV' version of this with the tuner box, and that cost £5,800 - So I doubt very much that you'd get the tuner for that price. :D
