Question Sony,Panasonic,Philips???

Hi,
Please help me here.
I read this forums and all I see is problems. Is there any manufacturer any TV set that I can buy and not have any issues?I thought Panasonic is a good company. From what I see here, not always. The same thing is with Sony and Philips.
So,can you tell me which manufacturer to choose?Which one is the best or in other words more consistant.
Thanks a lot, since I am very confused.

The simple answer is "NO".

All consumer electronics are built down to a price and, compared to a few years ago, are a bargain.

But do remember that it's human nature to complain!

For every problem you see on this Forum, there's undoubtedly hundreds (possibly thousands) of completely satisfied purchasers.

Your best course of action is to buy from a Dealer with a good track record of Customer Service, so that if you are unlucky you'll be able to swop, get a refund etc.

(I'm going to stop there, as I feel a JL plug coming on! )

Good luck.

You wouldn't buy a thing if you listened to everythinmg you read. as above-the bad comments usually make it to boards like this.
