Component and audio problems??

Hi I have the following setup:

Toshiba 67Z27B TV
Elta 8918MP4 DivX receiver
Hyundai HT-04 5.1 surround sound
Ntl digibox

As far as I can see I have everthing plugged in correctly via component, scart and phono leads.

Video and audio is fine on TV (ext 1) to digibox via scart and phono to aux on surround.
I can get video on TV (ext 2) to DivX player via scart but no audio.
TV (ext 3) is set to component video but I get neither video or audio.
The DivX player is also set to YUV as in instructions.
The DivX player is connected to the surround sound via 6 phonos leads (1 x sub, 1 x centre, 2 x front, 2 x rear)

Can anyone help please????
