JVC I`Art AV-32WF35 Television TILT problem

I just purchased the JVC L`Art AV-32WF35 television and the picture is tilted to the right. I checked the menu but there is no TILT adjustment. I noticed the Panasonic and Sony TVs had this and I assumed the JVC did aswell. I was wrong, there is no tilt adjustment there.

1.) Is there a TILT/SKEW adjustment in the SERVICE MENU?

2.) How do I get into the SERVICE MENU on this model?

Ive had 2 jvc tvs and they both had the tilt function in the menu i have been in both of there service menus and dont remember seeing a option to tilt the screen. i have also had a toshiba tv which had the same problem as yours and that didnt have a tilt function either the only way to fix it according to the engineer was to open the tv up and adjust the tube so that the line was straight but instead i got another tv.

What model numbers were the JVC TVs?
