Check out their conditions if you need to a return an item for any reason......
might tell you a little about their priorities.
For that reason I look elsewhere now.

IMO, they're good if everything goes well, but no so good when things go wrong.
I ordered a TV from their sister company, Sound and Vision, and I had to exchange it. It wasn't easy or pleasant.

Some of their staff are helpful, others are certainly not and damn right rude!
Oh... and they didn't return any of my dozen or so phone calls!

For a big item like a TV, you need good after sales support if it goes wrong.
I'd consider looking elsewhere.

Angry

I bought a 32" TV from them last year. Delivery was slow (about 10 days) even though item was in stock. TV went faulty (under warranty) and it took them 1 month and several letters before they arranged for the local service agents to collect the set (the job is subbed to a national agent and then to a local agent). Now been without the set for 4 months with no sign of it being repaired or returned. Letters to DigitalDirect go unanswered. Phone calls a waste of time. They are cheap though!
