JVC service menu help

I have a JVC AV28T77SK. When watching widescreen programmes thru sky digibox the bottom of the screen is cut off e.g. bottom of infobar on sky sports football matches, bottom 2 answer choices on ITVs Who Wants to be a Millionaire - very frustrating

Does the answer lie in me making adjustments within the service menu? Any help would be really appreciated.

Indeed it does. press "i" and Audio Mute to get to the Service Menu. You need Option 4 DEF(lection). Adjust V size to get it right. I suggest you write down the old values first in case you get it wrong. If you do get it wrong, exit without saving and try again.
