I Need A Tv!

hi, im looking for a new tv for christmas as my current one is dying of old age.
im an ex student so money is kinda tight, looking for anything between 21"-28" preferably flat screen with two scart sockets. Ive looked at some already but not really convinced as to which one to buy, anybody recommend any they have seen or own?
Looking to spend between 140 - 200 quid.

Also which brand do people find gives the better visual and audio quality?
