Sony xl90 vs philips 32pw5909

i have compared these two products for a while now. Both are new with digital picture things. Philips have a good timer and sony doesnt have any king of timer, dont mean sleep timer. So here is my question have anyone compared these already. Which one is better? Both price is about the same.

What do you want to do with the timer? Can it be any timer, or does it have to be the king of timers??

funny... By a good timer i ment that tv can work as an alarm clock. Its nice to wake up with morning tv . Well ok not so important function...
But has anyone tested the sony xl90 or made a review about it, i'd be very interested about it.
