TOSHIBA 21S23B Service menu - ?

Is it possible to get into this TV? I need to adjust the geometry a little bit. The mute>mute-hold>menu hack won't work as there isn't a menu button on this TV's panel. In fact does anyone know if this TV is even made by Toshiba?

Any help/advice will be most welome. Thanks
