Warranties

Well i am about to bite the bullet and buy myself a Sony KP44PS2. [Warn me if i'm mad!!]

Robert Whytte is selling them for £800 . The shipping for them is astonishingly high ; £130 so i am having a courier pick it up and bring it back here to Belfast.

My one concern is the 1 year manufactures warranty. Is this a return the base or onsite.

If it's return to base then £90 if it goes wrong is going to sting....

Could anyone advise?

Regards

Garrett

If it's not onsite, could you not try and buy it locally ?
It's a lot of hassle and expense returning it to the mainland. Think about after the 1 year guarantee expires. Have you tried Flicks in Bangor, or Kronos Hi Fi in Dungannon ? It might be worth it even if
you have to pay a bit extra for the peace of mind.
