TV repair shop

I am looking to have my tv (sony kv32fq80) repaired. Only I dont want to send it to any tom, dick and harry even though they might say "Sony Authorised Repair".

Has anyone got any experience of having their tv repaired (or something as precious ) in the North Kent area (Maidstone to Canterbury).

I know sony have a search facility on their website to find dealers/repairers but I find word of mouth alot better.

thanks in advance

regards
m
